ILLNESS PREVENTION IN THE STUDIO
The health and safety of our studio community are the top priority. Practicing an abundance of caution and because many students and/or those in their households have health issues that can put them at risk of serious disease, masks will continue to be required for all folks in the studio. Windows are open for added ventilation. Four HEPA air filters designed to filter out viruses and larger particles like pollen and smoke will be on during classes. A big thank you to the CH&MA community member who researched and purchased these filters! The instructor is fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID. |
The procedures below must be followed to be in the studio.
1) Please do not attend class in the studio if you
- are sick or test positive for COVID (see below for more details),
- have any symptoms of illness such as
* fever or chills,
* cough, sore throat, congestion or runny nose,
* shortness of breath or difficulty breathing,
* fatigue,
* muscle or body aches,
* headache,
* new loss of taste or smell,
* nausea or vomiting,
* diarrhea,
- have been diagnosed or suspected of having COVID-19 and have had its symptoms within the past week (see below),
- have had contact with anyone who has a respiratory illness or suspected/confirmed case of COVID-19 within the past week (see below).
2) Windows will be open to increase ventilation, so dress accordingly.
3) Please come dressed and ready for class to minimize use of the bathroom.
4) Face coverings completely covering the nose and mouth will be worn at all times while in the studio. Please bring your own but disposable masks will be available if needed.

Attendance records, including contact information, will be kept for 28 days after each class/event held in the studio.
These procedures apply to everyone entering the studio, including studio renters, participants and instructors/facilitators.
